World Tsunami Awareness Day is observed on 5 November. It was started in 2015 in the Sendai Framework by the United Nation in Japan.
National Cancer Awareness day is observed on 7th November. It started in 2014.
Uttarakhand foundation day is celebrated on 9 November. Uttarakhand was separated from Uttar Prasad in 2000.
National Legal Service Day is observed on the 9th of November.
Cabinet has decided to observe 15 of November every year as the Janjathiya Gaurav Divas to celebrate the birth anniversary of the tribal freedom fighter Birsa Munda.
National Education day is observed on 11 November on the birth anniversary of Maulana Abdul Kalam who was our first education minister.
World Pneumonia Day is observed on 12 November.
World Diabetes Day is observed on 14 November. Theme for 2021-2023 is “Access to diabetes care”.
